Alot of people tell me not to take her to the cinema,as there isnt much interaction between us since all we can do is sit and watch the movie,so in that case where else do you guys think i should take her?I want to make her have fun and keep things spicy ;) Also, i'm really nervous so what things should i do or not do on the date? I am a relatively BIG structured , and i have enough muscle to look like a horse but instead i look like a hippo lol, big and strong but has way to much fat! I have enough muscle for right now but i want to focus on getting cut-up and not gain muscle mass with it! So what do i need to do to lose the fat(not the muscle) and tone up the muscles in my whole body?

So I have liked this guy for a long time, but we don't talk cause we are really shy. He looks at me in the hallway all the time and he sat by me the other day and kept looking at me yesterday. The other day I asked my friend karen if she could ask him if he has a girlfriend. He said "no". Then she asked if he liked anyone and he said "Yeah, her name starts with an s and shes really pretty." Then she told me and I was so happy because my name starts with an s! I have a really low self estem though and I'm not fat ,but not skinny. I am really tall too, but he's taller then me. Could it be me? Oh and I can't think of any other girls at my school who's name starts with an s. What do you think?

Is there a mental health issue here ? ihad been very close to my boyfried for over a year, but he was always very insecure with me. i stopped doing all my usual stuff as it made him feel threatened. we had a long distance relationship but we saw each otherwhen we could. he then became really really obsessed with the fact i didnt close down a computer account when heasked me to..the reason being it was one my son used also, and as my son is only 14 years old..i felt if we shared an account i could check he was using the internet safetly. i had a few contacts but deleted them all as my man was so unsure. anyway... out of the blue..after being with him on the phone night after night..he dropped me. he wouldnt ansa his phone and he told me the engagement ring he bought ..he shouldnt have done. he jut distanced me overnight with no apparent reason for doing so. this was 3 plus months ago. i broke my heart for months, but now im getting stronger. however hes contacting me now..telling me he had set tests for me which i failed. he texts me and tells me he will contact me to review our split on 1st dec. if i dont contact him..he ill text and say i love you..then when i raise my hopes and call him. he says he cant talk to me and he is cold and distant. he supposedly has bipolar but idk. he doesnt chase other women cos hes a solitary moody character..but im wondering if its me o rhim whos lost it..plz help what would you do ?

Obviously, theres a girl in my school that i like. Im not exactly sure if she likes me or not. We have one class together, since I'm a sophomore and she's a freshman. I've never had a girlfriend before, so i don't know how to tell this kind of stuff, and I'm pretty sure she has had a boyfriend, but not anymore, i think it was last year or earlier than that...so I'm not sure what to do. I've gotten to know her pretty well, we know silly things, secrets, like the same things, text frequently, etc, etc. But I'm still just not sure what to do. I'm sometimes an outgoing person, and the class she has with me is drama, so she sees me as a loud funny person, and i don't know if I'm always like that outside of class. I'm just completely nervous and apprehensive thinking about it. And if you think that she might, what do i do to tell her i like her!?! HOW!?! Thank you all answers are appreciated
