Hey Im 19, going to be 20 in a few weeks. I dont want to date, my parents are in the middle of a divorce, and I dont want to be in the same situation as them. I just want to focus on law school and getting my Masters in Public Health or Business Administration. It always seems like people move too fast, and all they want is sex. I want to wait until marraige, I hope theres a girl out there for me. The media always portrays women as slutty, and I would like a girl with values. A girl with values and a sense of humor is my dream girl. Too bad there arent anymore of those. Once I get my career in the FDA or CDC, I wouldnt mind searching for that girl of my dreams. Until then, as a 19 year old, who hasnt been kissed, I will continue with my academic studies. I am not like most college students. I dont drink, party or have sex in the showers. Im pretty conservative, Im here to learn.

I might be moving to Georgia soon, and im really excited because i hate where i live right now. But im really worried that im not gonna be able to make any friends. Im going to be a Junior in High School and it worries me because by then, people kind of already have there own cliques. Has anyone else had this problem? What happened? ADVICE PLEASE!!

Im 19, and my mom says that when I meet a girl, and my girlfriend would probably want kids. And I dont, which that will be a dealbreaker. But Im pretty positive that I dont want kids after watching episodes of Supernanny. I mean I will love my wife, but I dont know if I have the patience for children. Do you think my mindset will change by the time Im 25 or in my 30s? I just dont know. As for the marriage, I dont need a piece of paper telling me how I should live my life. Marriage just leads to divorce....anyways.

I love my boyfriend more than anything and we usually see each other about 2-3 times a week. Recently he said that were drifting apart and I want to reconnect with him again. When were together we don't really do much but still enjoy each others company... What are some ideas of things to do together that can keep us happy and little things I can do for him to make him smile and feel loved.

What bugs me the most is that,,, I used to be the most beautiful girl in the country when I was 23. I was being told by my whole family, the whole school, college, university, in the street, people were saying wow loudly when they saw me in the street, I was asked repeatedly if I was a star and was asked by many film producers to play a movie because of my looks and they were sure I will be super famous. Anyways, at the age of 26 I married my husband who is emotionally, verbally and mentally abusive, and he had refused me in sex during the past 5 years of my marriage. Due to lack of intimacy and all the other factors, my whole system got affected and I was so depressed close to suicidal when I went to a counselor for a year. I am still depressed but feel a little bit better. The reality is I have become really ugly, I am only 31 now I don't get noticed at all and I have even heard that I look scary or just too average, or plain ugly..... I am still 110lbs, so it's not the weight, I still apply the same amount of make up or dress up,, but inside I feel too insecure, not-confident and too hurt,,,, maybe people can see what's going on inside... Can a bad marriage and depression really make you ugly????

How would we word it? My fiance and I are paying for the wedding ourselves no help from anyone, but he just was let go from his job today because of work force reduction. ughh. i hate michigan. our wedding is august i'm giving it 2-4 wks to get a new job but if he cant get one we have no choice but to postpone for a year, we already sent out our save the dates. so what would we say exactly and what would you send like a postcard or something else, im not really sure, this was so unexpected. we need a short explanation because we don't want everyone jumping to the conclusion that i'm pregnant or something.
