Hemerocallis Stella d'Oro

By Groundskeeper

Question: Tuesday, April 04, 2000

At what time of the spring should the Stella D'Oro Daylily be planted? And if necessary, how long should I wait until I can divide any daylily I have growing?

Answer:

May is a good time for planting daylilies in Zone 6 but it depends upon the climatic conditions I your local area.

Hemerocallis can be divided every four to five years, if necessary.
