My basil plant leaves get badly eaten every year, leaving large holes all over the leaves. What does this and what should I use to get rid of it?
Answer:
Plant basil in a sunny location and keep an eye open for slugs and snails, removing by hand. Either use a soaker hose or water early in the day.
