Disease - Dogwood and Sandcherry

Leaves being eaten

By Groundskeeper

Question: Wednesday, June 27, 2001

I have planted a Dogwood bush and 2 Sand Cherry bushes. Something is eating the leaves and the edges of the Sand Cherry leaves are turning brown. What should I do?

Answer:

Your Dogwood obviously has some insect problem and the Sandcherry appears to be suffering from a fungal infection. Green Earth Natural Lime Sulphur Insecticide/Fungicide should assist. This dual purpose product, covering insecticide and fungicide is great for use on fruit trees, roses, ornamentals and shrubs.
