I'm sorry I couldn't get past that... theres no way you're going to achieve your weight loss goals with a cheat day. Typically you're supposed to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. This equals to about 35 or so meals a week. So, it's not a bad thing to cheat out on one or two of these 35. You can eat a lot of junk in one day and might end up having to work it off during the week ahead.
