I try to meet Health Canada recommendation of working towards 60 minutes of activity a day (in periods of at least 10 minutes each).
I try to commit to for about an hour-long workout three times a week.
I try to workout for about an hour once a week.
I'm lucky if I break a sweat twice a month.
9. How much of your exercise is devoted to cardio versus strength training (meaning using your own body weight, free weights or resistance tools)?
I do cardio only.
I do strength training only.

The only cardio and strength training I do is walking through the mall and carrying my shopping purchases.
