Tap dancing
What is it? An energetic dance where the music comes from the soles of your tap shoes.

Why? Develops your flexibility and cultivates inner awareness and stability.
It’s for you if
you’re looking for a more spiritual workout—try this “workin”.

Ballet

Why? Tones and lengthens your legs and arms, not to mention tightens your abs, and gives you an elegant, ladylike posture—easy to account for its popularity in Hollywood!
It’s for you if… you’ve always dreamed of sporting a tutu and pink satin pointe shoes—it’s not too late to live out your ballerina fantasies!

Capoiera
What is it? A Brazilian dance that combines martial arts and African choreography.
