Faking it

Although our brains might still be a mess, we don't look it. Now if only we could find that cute bartender's phone number...

Faking it

Waking up with a two-day hangover not only means 2008 started with a bang, but going cheerily back to work will be more of a struggle than remembering what happened between the ball drop and the bed flop.

Thankfully the struggle doesn't last long with our arsenal of sweet supplies that give the illusion of being with it, even when we're not.

Starting with a shower and Origins Jump Start Stimulation body scrub ($27.75) with yummy lavender and ylang ylang is our first wake up call. Once our body's been taken care of (and we've apologized for how we've treated it) we grab our beloved Benefit Realness of Concealness kit ($35) that comes with everything we need to conceal, correct and brighten our eyes so we're more pretty, less Night of the Living Dead.

Just as we start contemplating crawling back in bed (isn't that what snooze buttons are for?) we opt instead for Jamieson's B12 Fast Dissolving Strips ($9.60) for an instant burst of energy (and much needed minty fresh breath).

Although our brains might still be a mess, we don't look it. Now if only we could find that cute bartender's phone number...
