There are good blogs, and there are bad blogs. (Yes, your baby is cute, but do you really need to post 89 reminders daily?)
Design Milk is a good one, offering cool home décor photos and design links. And it just upped the ante for all our other blogging bookmarks with the launch of online store Vitamin D(esign).
The easy-to-search setup makes for intuitive shopping for even the biggest design neophyte, with quick-click categories that include Decorate, d-ECO-rate (green isn't just a passing fad), Furnish, Give and Wear. The browse by designer feature caters to those more in-the-know.
Instead of spending our day conducting online work-related research (about Nicole's expanding baby belly), we're now looking to buy cool wall mobiles ($US 180), a Tetris-like shelf ($US 750) or a three-piece side table made of environmentally-friendly wood ($US 275). And we're keeping track of it all in our 8-Days-a-Week Planner ($US 16) (because every week somehow needs a "Someday".)
We haven't liked taking our vitamins this much since Fred Flinstone stopped popping out of the bottle.
