This artcle does not cover anything new in the way of weight loss. but it beats the heck out of fad diet ideas and reminds us that it takes a variet of things to take off weight. Easier to put on than off.
I liked the pooint about sicking to you guns. Having had to give up some things for health reasons it is a challenge when people pressure you, gently or in a big way, to "have a piece of cake" or "just have 1 beer". Even when I tell them it is health related they don't get it. You have to stick to your guns.
