Leo (July 23 - August 22)

Generous, big-hearted and affectionate, Leos love to be in love! Candlelit dinners, grand romantic gestures...only the whole nine yards will do. You may be loyal to a fault, but commitment is another thing entirely! This year you're figuring out how love and romance can fit into your definition of commitment. Your mantra for 2008 is: I choose to have faith in love. LOVE: Leos practically invented romance, but this is the year things get serious! Marriage-minded? You could be this winter when the February 6th eclipse pushes things to the next level. Single? You don't have to lift a finger. Love has a way of finding you...especially around Valentine's Day! Expect even more intensity in August (your favourite month) when a declaration could change your whole life. Married Leos move to an even more profound level of intimacy and sharing. WORK and WEALTH: It may feel like you're treading water and not getting anywhere financially, but you are...albeit slowly. Saturn turns around in May and suddenly things look rosy! You can afford to be choosy with a job offer in early September. The money's there, but what about the perks? You're all about the perks! Dare to ask for what you want! House-hunting's frustrating in October, thanks to Mercury in retrograde. Don't settle for a home you're not thrilled with! Everything falls together beautifully in November. FAMILY and HEALTH: You've got big plans and big ideas to get into the best shape of your life this winter. Jupiter prompts an all-or-nothing approach, but is that truly realistic? You're proud of your sleek physique, but moderate consistency is the key. Exercise disciplines with a spiritual element keep you inspired. Try yoga or tai chi. Summer holidays may be for the kids, but in truth you're even more excited than they are! Leos love the heat, so think fun, sun and sand! Take off after August 2nd.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

Competent and efficient, you're everyone's go-to girl when they want it done right the first time! You're more than willing to help others out, but maybe you end up taking on more than your fair share? This year you're more willing to honour how valuable your time really is! Your mantra for 2008 is: I choose to do what's best for me. LOVE: Your relationship is put to the test on the February 20th eclipse! It's what he does that counts in your eyes (you may need to spell it out for him). Grab this opportunity to deepen your connection with each other. Single? Uranus says an unconventional (unpredictable?) type sparks your interest (and desire!) in March. It could be your differences that draw you in, but can you live with them long-term? You'll know by July. A casual flirtation could morph into more in November. WORK and WEALTH: Your work ethic has always been above reproach, but with serious Saturn in Virgo you're in danger of becoming a bona fide workaholic! Don't think the boss isn't noticing either. By June you've got the corner office, and a pay cheque to prove it. Mercury retrograde in October invites you to re-think and re-distribute funds. Sure, you've got a savings account to be proud of, but did you forget to allow enough for fun? Jupiter demands that you give fun and pleasure equal time this fall. Go ahead...splurge on yourself...just a little! FAMILY and HEALTH: You've always been careful about what you eat, but February's eclipse could herald a sudden change in taste. Perhaps you'll declare your kitchen a red-meat free zone, or become a full-fledged vegetarian! Jupiter says getting the kids on board may be easier than you think. Its all in how you present it. Contemplating an addition to the family? Jupiter moves forward in September, along with baby plans.
