My nutritionist has brought up the issue of vitamin B12 to me recently (i'm vegan) and says that veganism is not a sustainable way of eating because there are no natural forms of B12 in a soely plant based diet. Shouldn't she know that there is B12 in sea vegetables such as Nori, Hijiki, Wakame, Dulse flakes, Arame, etc. I mean, I'm 16 years old and I know these things- shouldn't she have known this?
And why do most people stay ignorant to this?

do i have to clean the sheets after i shape it or just pop it in the oven after keeping the shaped dough on the sheets.
i hope you understand what i mean... DO I CLEAN THE SHEET AFTER I SHAPE MY DOUGH ON IT or just put it in the oven even though it might be wet from the dough

I'm pretty sure it was a thanksgiving special thing and it was show between commercials. It had mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and she put bread crumbs and cheese over the top and baked it. I know what most of the ingredients are but don't know the exact measurements.

not sure what do to? it says a 1/4c of half and half
doesnt use milk but uses 1/2 c of butter
there is also seasonings in this, but no milk.. ideas please...
