I drink at least one 16oz Monster or Red Bull a day, but sometimes ill drink 2. I was wondering if there were any health problems that could result from consuming a energy drink on a daily basis. Im not sure if it matters but when i do drink Red Bull it is usually sugar-free and the Monster is usually low-carb. I also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Thanks!

  • What oils can I use to replace butter?

    Cooking & Recipes - 8 hours ago

    Additional Details

I'm trying to make healthy snacks for my toddler. I have been replacing butter with apple sauce in banana bread and other cakes but when I used it in a slice instead of butter, the slice was really crumbly. What oils can I use to replace butter and in what amounts do you use it compared to butter? Thanks :). Thanks for the great feedback. I don't want to use margarine because it has a lot of additives in it and uses a lot of genetically modified oils. I'm trying to keep our foods as natural as possible.
