1. Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cup (150 mL) diced Canadian Cheddar or Colby cheese
  2. 2/3 cup (150 mL) diced, unpeeled apple
  3. 1/4 cup (50 mL) vanilla yogurt
  4. 2 tbsp (30 mL) raisins
  5. Ground cinnamon
  6. 1 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half
  7. Leafy lettuce

2. Cooking Directions
