Okay so we have been dating a year, we have known each other since we were two, we are both virgins, we both love each other. I have the most amazing boyfriend ever he's always there for me and he is not pushing me to have sex with me in anyway, he just says "we will do it whenever it feels right to you" and i think I want to do "it" with him i'm just nervous I think, so i keep telling him i'm not ready yet and he says "okay baby, it's no big deal". I think the real thing i'm scared about is getting pregnant, but he says he will use protection and he has thought about that to and he wants to stop when ummm "stuff" starts to come out. Also i've heard that doing this with someone causes you feelings about them to change sometimes for the better sometimes for the worts... I don't know what I want to do? Do you think I'm ready? What are the chances of us getting prego? and how should we do it the first time??? Help???

Okay so i've know this guy since I was 2! we have been best friends ever since back two years ago I don't remember how we got started talking about it but he told me he lost his Virginity when he was 13 (he's 15 now told me this when he was 14) well last January we became more than just friends. And he continued to tell me he lost his virginity, this hurt me everyday because he had told me that he lost it to some girl he didn't even know that well just because he wanted to lose it and she was willing. Then after dating for seven months he comes out and tells me that he's never done that, I really do believe him because of reasons that don't need to be discussed. But I'm really just con fussed as to why he would lie to me about something like this??? Can you help me out please? I love him and I know he loves me, we have been together almost a year. I just really wanna know why he lied to me about something stupid like that? And yes I asked him but all he said was "I don't know baby i'm sorry, I love you." Please help???

Have you ever looked in your spouses/significant other's phone text messages or facebook/myspace pages if you had a gut feeling that something was going on behind your back? And if so, wether you found something or not, did you feel guilty for looking in the first place? I looked out of curiosity while trying to download some music onto her phone, didn't like what I found, and felt guilty anyway. If I don't say anything, God only knows how long it will go on for. If I do say something, she'll think I don't trust her. My issue is, it could be nothing at all, she is a viscious flirt. We have a great marriage and a fantastic sex life, so if it is what I fear, why would she find the need to stray?

Pig-out weekends: how to undo overindulgence

POST A COMMENT »
It happens to the best of us. The overindulgent weekend. And if your coming-attractions calendar doesn't already include at least one bachelorette bash, Big Wedding, and a few graduation parties, it soon will. So what's a person to do just weeks before swimsuit season?

Go. Have a blast. Forget the diet. Just implement a before-and-after contingency plan "to help you get back on track, so that your lapse doesn't become a collapse," says British diet and fitness guru Joanna Hall.

In her new book, The Weight Loss Bible, Hall serves up a buffet of contingencies perfect for getting you through a 48-hour bridal extravaganza, Memorial Day weekend, or no-guilt girlfriends' getaway -- and still fitting into your jeans on Tuesday.

Eat less/sweat more the day before and after. "If you know you're heading for a weekend of excess," says Hall, "squeeze in a workout and eat 300 fewer calories the day before the partying begins." Same goes for the day after. But don't punish yourself by skipping a meal -- it'll just make you cranky and hungry. Limit portions or forgo a snack," like a blueberry muffin or small bag of potato chips (about 300 calories each).

Curb carbs at lunch and dinner. Hall is known throughout the UK for her Carb Curfew diet, which "means no starchy carbs -- bread, pasta, rice, potatoes or cereal -- after 5 pm." And for food-filled weekends, she says turn the carb alarm back to noon. Why? "Chances are your fat intake will be higher on these days, pushing up your calorie intake, and with party food, it's often easier to avoid carbs than fatty foods."

Drink up! Lots of water, that is. A boozy weekend can leave you dehydrated and too hung over to stomach your usual workout. Hall's advice: Drink plenty of water during and after endless cocktail hours or a wild weekend. As for post-party exercise, go for a walk instead of a full workout, "especially if you have a sore head!"

Eat a big bowl of veggie soup. "Foods with a high water content help stave off hunger and make you feel full. Studies show that dieters who follow this advice tend to stick to their plan without feeling unsatisfied or deprived." So before you leave home, slurp up a big bowl of vegetable soup.

Shake your booty. "Sometimes you just have to go out and burn a little more energy," says Hall. But here's the good news: One of the all-time best calorie-burners is the dance floor. So get out there and cut yourself a big old slice of rug. You'll wind up boogieing away a few hundred calories before the night is through.

Get a sweet payback. Keeping your weight and BMI (body mass ratio) at a healthy level can make your RealAge as much as 6 years younger.

"Go. Have a blast. Forget the diet." No! Wrong attitude! Better to not overindulge in the first place. Each drink ranges from 100 calories (red wine) to over 200 (rum and coke, any one?) per serving. Have some, by all means, but limit yourself. You're there for the company, not the food.

enjoy life, spend more time with family and friends than seeking cash, eat olives, fish, red wine, be happy where you are in life. if you overindulge be thankful you can, and moderate it out over the week. Enough with western society's obsession with calories for this, and calories for that. life is too short. Do yourself a favour, go to cyprus or the south of France or Italy for a holiday, see how the people live, eat and play, then you will never wonder why north american society is so unhealthy, ever again.

It's best not to pig out at all, but if you do, I guess this might help. It happens to the best of us!
