Ingredients
| 3 | small cucumbers, thickly sliced |
| 3/4 cup | mint leaves, roughly chopped |
| 2 | green onions, sliced |
| 1/4 cup | thick plain yogurt |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
- Combine cucumbers, mint and onions.
- Combine yogurt and lemon juice, pour over cucumbers and toss lightly to combine.
