    I'm, pretty sure I have no doubts about becoming a vegetarian- not vegan- I couldn't live without cheese and eggs and cooked food! And- yes- I just turned 12! I dont know how to break the news to my parents- and they havent notice me changing my eating habits- and in my family everybody is a carnivore! So 1nce again, how do I break the news?? And dont leave anwsers saying "Ur 2 young!" or "Vegetarians suck!" or any other crap- I can do what I want! Also- If I am I would still eat eggs and cheese, and sometimes fish because my mom's a worrywart, but I'll eventually slowly stop.

    I have frozen chicken tenders, spaghetti sauce pasta (but don't want spaghetti) assortment of veggies cream of mushroom cream of chicken tomato soup parmesan cheese We just moved and these are the things we have on hand and I am trying to think of a yummy dinner tonight!     I love red meat and eat it about 4 times a week. I cut most of the fat off. Why is it supposed to be so bad? Is it true that it can stay in your digestive system for a long period of time? Thinking of a sirloin for dinner! Cheers
