Treat guests at your patio or cottage by serving this sensational iced pomegranate drink.
Iced Pom Pom
125 ml (4 oz) vodka
250 ml (1 cup) pomegranate juice
250 ml (1 cup) orange juice
250 ml (1 cup) strawberries
15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar
750 ml (3 cups) ice
Orange wheels and strawberries, for garnish
Place all ingredients except ice and garnishes into blender container. Cover and process until smooth or desired consistency.
Pour into tall iced glasses and garnish with orange wheel and a fresh strawberry.
Makes 1.25 l (5 cups).
