Rumer WIllis

Rumer WIllis

It doesn't matter who you are in Hollywood, a dress that shows side boob is never OK. In fact, it's downright gross and offensive, even if you are just 20-years-old. Don't take a page out of Lindsay Lohan's fashion book, Rumer. You're better than that - you have a semblance of a career.

And though the dress might be racy, it's also a tad "Little House on the Prarie" and those two things combined do not a good look make. We also suggest you reconsider the dye job, as red really isn't your colour. (Michael Buckner/Getty Images)

Vanessa Williams

Vanessa Williams

Now before you start squinting and checking your monitor, that is Vanessa Williams, but not Vanessa L. Williams, the vixen from "Ugly Betty" (we're tricky like that). This Vanessa Williams is from such forgettable shows as "Knight Rider" and the series "Soul Food" (not the movie).

It's unfortunate that this tragically unstylish Vanessa Williams shares her name with such a fashionable fox. Vanessa A's outfit is just all kinds of ugly. First off, this dress is inappropriately short. Thankfully, that means there's less of it, but what is there is just awful. We get the red and green colours are a nod to the holidays, but overlapping them in chiffon is neither festive nor fashionable. And the gold coat and clown collar? Wilhelmina would not be pleased. Rosario Dawson

Rosario Dawson

Wow. There aren't many ladies who could pull off such a dress, but Rosario Dawson manages to do it with flying colours at the premiere of 'Seven Pounds'. The nude shade of this piece, that would wash out most people, looks simply majestic against Ms. Dawson's darker skin tone.

The unique cut and solid colour of this dress are absolutely stunning. And her understated accessories and loosely tied-back hair make her the picture of effortless beauty. Keep it up, hot stuff!  (Kevin Winter/Wire Images)

Nicki Hilton

Nicki Hilton

Looks like another tragic case of a celebrity with too much money and not enough style. Nicky Hilton dons this unfortunate cream baby-doll number that we're sure most toddlers would refuse to wear.

The bra-like cups are unflattering, so out of place and ill-suited to this dress. Not to mention, the dress itself is ill-suited for anyone due to its complete lack of shape. To top it all off, the layered ruffles makes this outfit even more juvenile. Is she channeling the Paper Bag Princess? At least she had an excuse! (J. Strauss/Getty Images)

Mandy Moore

Mandy Moore

There's something so blah about this potato-sack-with-a-belt dress. It's such an "I've given up" look that we almost feel bad for Mandy Moore. Then we remembered she's young, rich and could afford to hire a stylist to properly show off that bangin' body of hers.

Muted yellow and brown never did anyone any favours, and this dress is no exception. The belt pulls together the excess material of the dress, making it too bunchy in the middle. And an accessory or two wouldn't have hurt this tame ensemble. Time to step it up, Mandy. (M. Coppola/Wire Images)

Jessica Szohr

Jessica Szohr

Wow! Did Steven Tyler get some work done? He looks really good for a man in his 70s! Oh no wait, that's just "Gossip Girl" star Jessica Szohr trying to revive the horrible headband fad. We think it's one of those looks that very seldom works out in their favour (it's usually in ours) - and pulling it off is a rare feat.

Unfortunately, Miss Szohr looks more like some mushroom-headed Xanadu love child than a star of a hit TV show. It's hard to even take notice of anything else she's wearing without our eyes catching her freaky Bride of Frankenstein 'do. Please, make it stop. (B. Ingram/Wire Image)

That head band is the dumbest thing in the world. Even if she wore it lower it would still throw off the whole look of her outfit. Just the same as it is doing now. Anyways she is really pretty and I think she is taking advantage f it with just doing whatever she feels like doing.

Oh it's cool Evan, we let our 85-year-old grandma do our make-up, too. She's got all those rad discontinued shades of eyeshadow and her clown-like application process is truly ahead of its time.

We're going to assume that panicked expression was the result of catching your reflection in the mirror. It's exactly what we did when we saw this photo. The floor length, goth/flapper frock isn't doing you any favours. We would stop there except we just noticed the drab, creamsicle coloured locks laying lifeless on your head. We know you're a Dita Von Teese wannabe - but why not try to develop a style of your own? (Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images)

'Hey man! I just funneled a tall boy and ate an entire large pizza in five minutes! Pounds, dawg!'

Oh Adam, we loved you so as Billy Madison, and even as Happy Gilmore, but those days of acting and dressing like a frat boy should be long behind you. The vest is best left in the bargain basement bin where you found it. Also, newspaper caps are cute on wee English boys, not grown men with kids, (well, unless you're Guy Ritchie). And let's not forget to mention that this is what you wore to your movie premiere. No pounds for this mess, dawg. (Ray Tamarra/Getty Images)

There's even more satorial horror: We've got Paris Hilton, Jessica Alba, Blake Lively and Katy Perry waiting for your comments in our Fashion Police archive.

Check here every Monday for the best dressed, the worst dressed and the "oh my god, what is she wearing?!" in star style
