Rihanna

Rihanna

This mustard coloured outfit that Rihanna wore to the RIAA Inaugural Charity Ball is just all kinds of wrong. The poofy shape of the bottom of the dress is reminiscent of a type of bold coloured fungus. The detailed pleats and ruffles on the dress are unfortunate embellishments. Plus, the ladies look like they're going to pop out any moment and the single strap seems like a bad call, considering how low and loose the top of the dress is. (Getty Images/Michael Loccisano)

I can't even think of who would want to attach their name to this dress as the designer. Rihanna Rihanna what the hell are you thinking girl, you are too beautiful a woman to want to look like a frumpy, dumpy woman!!!

Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton

We feel the need to remind Paris that she is closer to 30 than 20. Yes, it's cold this time of year at Sundance, and yes, pink is a lovely colour. That is still not an excuse to wear a baby-pink hat with bunny ears. To make it worse, the celebutante/actress/model paired it with a fluffy pale pink sweater/cardigan thing AND then added a stained pink sweater underneath. This outfit is only appropriate if you're two. Paris is 26 years past that age. (Frazer Harrison/Getty Images)

Aretha Franklin

Aretha Franklin

Whether you loved it or hated, the big bow hat Aretha's wore to Obama's inauguration in January was a real show stopper.  Not everyone can pull off wearing such an audacious piece of hardware on their head and this bedazzled beauty nearly stole the show. We think Ms. Franklin brought it, rocked it and flaunted it. So show a little respect. (AP Photo/Ron Edmonds)

Meryl Streep

Meryl Streep

Oh Meryl, while you might be a legend on the silver screen, this outfit is the style equivalent of Paris Hilton's performance in the Hottie and the Nottie. We know everyone is feeling a sense of renewed pride in their country now that Barack is in the House, but wearing a dress made out of an American flag and then tying a red sash around it does not make you patriotic. You are full of elegance and class. You can do better. Yes you can! (Getty Images/Francois Durand)

Mariah Carey

Mariah Carey

We know it's cold in Utah (not as cold as Canada, mind you) but we're not sure this floor-length, crocheted, tasseled fur jacket was really necessary. Up north here, we've found it's easy to look presentable and stay warm without looking like we raided our parents' hippie trunk.  Also, Mariah, we understand you love butterflies, but must they adorn every item you own? I think whats wrong with this outfit is the dress. A normally curvaceous Mariah looks like she is wearing a sack. Also the color definitely adds to the "i just threw on the first coat I grabbed". Rocking a black mini with that coat and those boots would have been awesome.

Kerry Washington

It's a true advancement in science when we start making dresses out of Mylar space blankets. Kerry Washington dons this intergalactic frock to the BET Inauguration Ball on January 20th. The shiny silver corset cut of the top is also a tad femme-bot like and the mesh-like covering at the top does this dress no justice. (Getty Images/Frank Micelotta)

Heather Graham

Heather Graham

Woah dude, are you having an Austin Powers flashback? There's nothing wrong with channeling your inner-love child, but we're not quite with Heather on the flower-power, tie dye dress and leather boots. We get this new message of change may be a throwback to the days of Kennedy and Woodstock, but that's no excuse for wearing this outdated outfit. (Wire Image/Jay Westcott)

Kate is wearing a high-waisted leather pencil skirt and keeps it simple with a black blouse with tuxedo detailing. Anne looks elegant and comfortable in slim pants, a wrap sweater and the still-hot booties. (Sean Galley/Getty Images)
