We think the scariest thing about Halloween is that there are parents out there (Billy Ray) that let their 9-year-old daughter wear hooker boots and a mini-skirt as a costume. Not to mention the prostitute inspired-makeup and skin-tight lycra. What ever happened to being a ghost or a scary witch or even a princess? At least their dresses cover the upper thigh. Sigh. give me a break..it's a kids costume..you can see the dress has rolls in it where it came up and made it shorter, the little girl didnt know enough to pull it back down, and the cameras caught her. like none of you have ever had to tell your children to fix their clothes!! give me a break, shame on the media for having to protray this as anything other than a girl dressing up in a costume for a children's charity event

give me a break!! this is a picture of a little girl who dressed up for halloween, and her dress rode up a little when she probably sat down in the car. She just doesnt know enough to pull it down..you can see the wrinkles where the dress needs to be straightened out. like none of you have ever had to remind your children to fix their clothes!! shame on the media for making this out to be anything other than a 9 year old CHILD attending a children's charity costume party

Women in Canada or US have to wear rubber boots and potato sacs in order nobody call them hookers or prostitutes. Women here are not feminine, not attractive. That is why many men try to bring women from other countries, where high hills and tall boots not only for prostitutes, also where women wear dresses with lycra.

Her skirt resembles both a diaper and the little toga crotch thing that sumo wrestlers wear, the sweater looks navy and is a knit contrasting terribly with the shiny satin diaper skirt. We all have an off day once in awhile....
