No one can come close to touching Cher for the most over-the-top, extravagant and mostly horrific Oscar outfits. She wore this subtle piece to the 1986 Academy Awards and later took home the best actress Oscar for her portrayal of Loretta Castorini in 'Moonstruck'. (Photo Julian Wasser/Wire Image)

It's dresses like this that make us glad the early '90s are long behind us. Geena Davis wore this white satin gown with a ginormous train to the Academy Awards in 1992. Don't even get us started on the gloves and shoes. (Photo Ron Galella/Wire Image)

It's the skirt. The top half is quite elegant, but meant to go on a longer dress. Don't think I would have chosen the black tights either. Fleshtone would have been better.....

Starts our fine, then I don't know exactly what happens the rest of the frou needs to match. Cutting it in half like that doesn't work angles very well and completely destroys the rest of the dress and makes the train runaway

No Andre R just a wannabe. The top doesn't go with the skirt. The skirt just begs for something much more structured and high collared, I am thinking the likes of the Dracula flick with Gary Oldman and Winona Ryder and Keanu Reeves. The top needs yes OK a bra but hey if you want to go au natural all the power to you but a pencil/tulip skirt and jacket with the top as a peek-a-boo then braless/comfortable would be just hunky-dory.

Was she running really late and just grabbed the shower curtain and a bath towel?

Uh-Oh Uma. The hole gladiator like thing doesn't work when it's that overdone! And isn't she concerned about a little wind catching a flap?! The gold is tacky, and the belt just brings more focus to those certain area's.

The only thing missing was her vial of Billy Bob Thornton's blood.

See, not only is she a nasty person she looks nasty as well. This absolutely shows the darkness that she is instead of the person she tries to lead people to believe she is

I think she looks gorgeous. I loved her crazy goth stage, but of course she grew up and stoppe rebelling.

The first thing that popped into my head was the theme from the Addams Family. But you have to remember what mind set she was coming out of. Very dark sh*t; totally underground. I still like her and pretty much anything she wears.
