If she has you hold her and link arms and wont let you kiss her but it's obvious there's something there, what the hell's going on lol? She asks me how I am in relationships, she keeps bringing up gf and bf thigns. She put some flowers I gave her in her scrapbook. She told me today that I'm the only guy that's ever made her nervous and that she sees the way I look at her. She looks in my eyes and says she feels theres something I want to tell her, and there is that I like her, should I turn this into a relationship? Next time I speak to her I'm going to ask her on a date.

Okay, so over the years my best friend has had a really great boyfriend - or so we thought. I'm regretting it a little since I got myself involved, but what he did to her was really horrible and the way it ended wasn't good at all. I'm not going to dive too deep into the details of what happened, but since I'm trying to help my friend cope I came up with a silly and stupid ploy to do for revenge. Apparently he cheated on her with this asian girl, and I feel cruel for doing this but I photoshopped his head onto a body of a Geisha... LOL!!!!! Stupid and immature, but my best friend Jenna needed a good laugh. We're debating whether or not we should send him and that girl the photo on Myspace or Facebook, but I'm kinda scared to, haha. What do you say? I think he deserves some embarrassment... Original picture - http://i45.tinypic.com/2d9bfo0.jpg Geisha makeover - http://i45.tinypic.com/142ubn8.jpg Hahaha, it's official. I am awesome. <3

So this girl and I are at the friends with benefits stage, but so far she hasn't even let me kiss. On saturday she was looking in my eyes calling me handsome, and shy, and she pressed her body up against mines for warmth, linked my arm in hers, I knew she likes me, but I only got to kiss her on the forehead. I rubbed her butt, rubbed her back at the party, just to let her know it's alright to be physical with me. But when around public, or my close friends, I don't like to be intimate with women. Well today she asked me how I am in relationships and she said she sees the tension in me, and she gets a weird vibe from me I say good or bad she says not bad, and that she feels theres something I want to say to her. She changed infront of me today with her sister in the room and she's real cool with me. I'm starting to like her, but stopping myself because its a friend with benefit thing.

I overheard some girls talking when I was walking through the hallway. I know this is sneaky and the fact that I was behind a door is different than sitting down somewhere and listening to people talk to try to talk to them or you just happen to be there. I have no experience with girls.....I never been on a date and I never had a girl that was really a friend...more like acquaintances or short term people I associate myself with I guess i'm just trying to figure them out since I can't seem to get a date

    Singles & Dating - 8 hours ago

    Additional Details

Perhaps I've seen one to many horror movies about a teen girl home alone but im genuinly scared right now. Im only 14 but my mom lives an hour away and my dad works nights! He started working nights like during the summer but i was never worried because i was always 1 mile away from my grandparents and my aunt so i knew they could be here in a matter of minutes. either that or on nights he had to work i'd just spend the night with them. But tonight my dad wont be back for hours and my aunt is out of town and my grandparents went out to eat with some long lost relatives ( i was not invited ) so im very paranoid as you can tell. Every noise freaks me out (which there are many because even though its the country i live in a busy neighborhood. how do i deal with this? all my family is either at dinner 30 min away and no where near ready to finish, out of town on buisness or (my moms side of the family) lives 4 states away!! IM ONLY 14!!! I talked to my dad but he wont work days so i have to deal with it but my aunt is a cop and this city isnt exactly safe so please help me!!! How do i get through the night without being scared?

Trend alert: back to black

The new trend this Fall/Winter season seems to be a resurrection of all things black.
Hair, shoes, clothes are all taking a Gothic turn and that includes makeup!

But don't be mistaken, as it's not the style you'd think would be confined to the back corner of the macabre death metal club. Instead it's a strong, polished statement that needs a healthy dose of confidence with a heap of fashionista to pull it off.

Thanks to the runways of YSL, the black lipgloss has moved the trend of all things black along quite swiftly. If you are willing to give it a go, the Beauté Pur Black gloss is selling out fast, so don't hesitate if you are looking for the originator of the trend (with fantastic quality results, by the way).

Some other, more affordable players, are in the game as well.

MAC has dedicated an entire collection to the trend. The 'StyleBlack' set of sultry products includes MAC Creamsheen Lipstick in Black Knight which is a true black with a creamy texture, Illamasqua Lipstick in Pristine, which has a matte finish (so topping this off with clear gloss will keep it looking more chic than freak), and MAC Glimmerglass in Blackware, which is a sheer, ultra creamy formula, and a great alternative to the price tag of the YSL counterpart.

Other great products that fall in line with the trend and are available all year round are Maybelline Great Lash mascara in 'Blackest Black', Sally Hansen Nail Polish in 'Pat On The Black' and Make Up For Ever Aqua Creamliner in 'Matte Black 1' which is waterproof and gives a defined, hard edge.

One major rule of thumb with this trend:
Pick one feature to dare, and for the rest, go bare! Keeping the rest of the face as matte as possible, highlighting the tops of cheekbones, and a healthy dusting of blush are key to pull the look off. Without a natural looking, rosy glow, you'll just look washed out and in need of some Vitamin B.

Daring to go this far takes a true style-soul. Would you be seen outside of the house with black lipgloss? What about the thicker than Amy Winehouse liner? Think this trend will fade out as quickly as it's crept up? What's your take?

Black lipgloss just doesn't seem something that I would want to try. I think this trend is exactly that - a TREND. Why some people feel the need to follow so many trends is beyond me...

I do not know who decides these things but they may benefit from a big dose of anti-depressants. Black, black, black. They are going crazy. Black is certainly a classic color but come on, do you really think that anyone will go nuts over black again. Come on, let the sun shine in!

I did the goth look way back in high school... it was a way of trying to "rebel" LOL... I did it to look different...To NOT conform to society... since then I have grown into a more casual/ conservative style & I wear what I like... "in style" or not. I certainly will not be purchasing black lipstick but will still wear my favorite black sweaters and a light dose of black eyeliner... but not because these are "trendy"... just because that is my style.. adding a burst of colour, of course! We don't need to flaunt how sad this world is.... we need more colour to brighten it up!

Just goes to show how much we are all brainwashed as to "whats in style." even if it looks like crap on the person. Point ....hipster jeans on less than bone thin people.......so attractive seeing the roll on the top of the jeans they have run out of idea.........so its back to black cuz they have hit all the colors of the rainbow. Myself.I wear what I know looks good on me and what I am comfortable in. I march to my own drum ..not what someone else tells me to wear so that Im part of the style fashionista group

Life rules for total dummies with no sense of style, hip, interesting of their own. Sounds like the...Fashion Industry! When I studied painting, an instructor stated that artists were always at war with designers. This kind of utter crap is the reason. Stop having your [profane] existence guided by fashionistas (better term "fascistonistas!)

Come on! Grubbypaws! I totally agree with Peggy. It's up to us "old broads" to show these young "whipper-snappers" how to make this look GOOD. I think the black lip gloss over my deep cherry-red lip stain will look kick-@$$...especially with my silver-white hair and dark hazel green eyes! I've always loved black...if I was a teen to-day, I'd probably be goth. But I can still take to-day's young ideas and make them over to suit my "senior" style. Always a leader, never a follower.

"...the back corner of the macabre death metal club..." There is no connection between death metal and the goth. In fact, there is generally considerable animosity from metalheads towards goths. If you're going to make a living commenting on cultural matters, you should at least have an inkling of what you're talking about.
