POST A COMMENT »

Last week I talked about the results I got after using Imedeen Time Perfection for three months. If you missed that feature, you can still read it here.

This week I want to talk about four other vitamins that will keep your skin younger looking and acne-free.

Genuine Health is another company offering Canadians vitamins for their skin. I will be testing their Perfect Skin, o3mega+ glow and multi+ daily glow very soon. They have also recently launched Perfect Skin for Men

All these products have been formulated to give you more beautiful skin and also help you control that pesky adult acne.

Perfect Skin is created based on leading skincare research and developed in conjunction with a leading naturopathic doctor and dermatologist. Perfect Skin contains only proven, natural ingredients that target the main causes of acne (breakouts, blemishes and blackheads) and problem skin

Perfect Skin for Men has been specifically formulated for men who deal with acne. It won't dry and dehydrate your skin (which can cause premature aging), because it works from the inside out, giving you the healthiest acne-free skin.

o3mega+ glow contains a unique combination of EPA (a vital source of Omega-3 fatty acids) and powerful antioxidants including lycopene and Vitamin C. Together they work with the skin's structure and are scientifically proven to promote healthier skin, reduce inflammation and reduce the signs of aging.

multi+ daily glow is a high-potency multi-vitamin/mineral, multi+ daily glow and contains five key potent antioxidant ingredients, proven to improve skin condition — grape extract (Biovin), lycopene, fish collagen, white tea extract and pomegranate extract.

Perfect Skin, Perfect Skin for Men and o3mega+ glow retail for $26.99 (60 capsules) and $49.99 (120 capsules). Multi+ daily glow costs $32.99 (120 capsules). All of the Genuine Health products contain enough to last for month of treatments.

You'll find Imedeen Time Perfection at a number of natural health food stores and at Shoppers Drug Mart. You can also visit the Nordic Selfcare Institute website for further details. You'll find Genuine Health products at most natural health food stores, at Whole Foods Markets, at many GNC shops and you can also consult their Genuine Health Store Locator for other locations across Canada.

Lastry 59--try "Dermyn" My 70 year old mom is using it and in one week--she looks 50 now. Its nuts. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't witness it myself. You buy it at Health food stores (its a syrum) and its about 50.00 CDN

Lastry 59 -- on the short term I'd say your mom should use a primer. You can find so many brands on the market, but Smashbox and Laura Mercier are the most popular ones. This will act as a barrier on your mom's face and will diminish wrinkles (makeup won't sit inside the wrinkles as much). Your mom should also consider one of the skin vitamins listed above or the one I talked about last week: http://ca.lifestyle.yahoo.com/fashion-beauty/blog/beautyredefined/115/vitamins-for-your-skin-part-1 Another solution would be for your mom to go see a cosmetic dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for injection fillers that would plump up the wrinkles. You have a number of options here ... so it's a question of trying them out to see which give your mom the best results. I hope this helps! Krizia
