The right underwear for the tight skirt
Say goodbye to the horror of a VPL (visible panty line) and welcome seamless undies into your life. Tamara Jedeikin, Marketing Manager for La Senza, says seamless panties are the way to go if you're planning on wearing that skin-tight pencil skirt to the office For women who despise the invasion of a thong panty, no worries. Tamara says seamless panties come in tons of different cuts, like boy shorts and full coverage bottoms. You don't necessarily need a teeny tiny thong to avoid a VPL catastrophe. "Women should wear what they're most comfortable with," Tamara says. The key is to keep a clean cut look at the office without wearing something that will irritate you all day. Eight hours can be a really long time if your undergarments are uncomfortable. Besides, you don't want to kill the sleek office look you've got going on, so definitely invest in some seamless undies this year.

The right bra to wear under a white shirt
When wearing white, Tamara suggests always opting for a nude tone as opposed to a white one. White on white can be a catastrophic mixture when you get to the office and your colleagues can't stop staring at your white bra. Discrete is a very important element to maintain in your office wardrobe. No one should be able to see your bra while you work. Tamara also suggests staying away from bras detailed with lace, jewels, etc. These accents will definitely show through your white shirt and no matter where you work, you should always keep your look as professional as possible. Your best bet is a plain nude bra. Nudes can vary from pale shades to deep honey shades. You have to select the shade closest to your natural skin tone so that it won't stand out against your skin or through the shirt.

The undergarments you need for sheer clothing
This season, sheer blouses and dresses are hitting up the runways all over the world so you can be sure the trend will make its way into your selective office wardrobe. Whether it be a blouse or dress, sheer clothing can still look professional and classy-as long as you're wearing the right undergarments, of course! According to Tamara, choosing the right underwear is just as important as choosing the right bra. It has to match the outfit you're wearing. In the case of sheer clothing, Tamara says you should never wear sheer undergarments as well. Aside from leaving nothing to the imagination, you're still at work! Always opt for opaque undergarments to cover up properly. If you happen to have fallen in love with a totally sheer dress for the office, you may even consider wearing an opaque slip underneath. You won't kill the look and you won't have to worry about giving your cubicle roomy a little more than he/she bargained for.
