Blooming flowers are a lovely sign that warm weather is finally here. But we'd prefer to herald the new season by prancing around town in shoulder skimming, flowy tops.
In constant search of the perfect summery blouse, we're glad we discovered Chelsea Flower. The line of ultra-feminine pieces is filled with pretty silk tops and frocks that instantly satisfy our ruffle fix. We're obsessed with the off-white, cap sleeve Tuxedo Silk Blouse ($270). The antique-y lace trim adds a one-of-a-kind, faux-vintage appeal (we're feeling very boho couture).
In the most fabulous flowy top category, we have our eye on the Ruffle Batwing Scallop Blouse ($225). With its pretty sheer pink print, we can't wait to pair it with the high-waisted skirt we spotted a few racks over. (We wouldn't want our bottom half to get jealous.)
