Exfoliate. The best way to make your skin radiant is to slough off the dead layers, says Umansky. Use a coarse salt scrub or an exfoliating body wash.

Moisturize. After an intense exfoliation, moisturize with a firming body cream to tone the skin. If you want more intense moisturization, add a drop of oil (olive oil works great) to your moisturizer. "You only need one-eighth the amount of oil that you do cream," says Umansky.

Tend to your toes. To remove dead skin from your feet, apply a foot scrub and, using a pumice stone, scrub gently. Umansky recommends getting your toenails in shape by cutting a lemon in half and rubbing it directly onto your nail bed to remove any yellowing caused by nail polish. Apply olive oil to your feet and put on a pair of socks before bed. "You'll wake up with the softest feet ever," she says
