Why: Our love for polka dots started when we were children (behind a red door with yellow spots). Now we can wear this reminiscent print - just in more stylish colours - on comfy, yet fashionable flats. Our favourite retro inspired designer, Stacey Bendet of alice + olivia, has teamed up with Payless to bring us these cute Spring shoes. Available in white with black spots, black with hot pink and white with green, we're running to the closest store in hopes of a big sale so we can buy more than one. Actually, we might just do that regardless.
