i have dark hair on my chin (really stubble-y), cheeks and forehead (close to the top of my eyebrows). can i use that bleach for your upper lip to lighten the hair on the rest of my face? if not, how do i lighten it? will Sun-In work?

I like converse a lot but I'm not sure what color to buy. I've already had high tops black and white, all black, purple, yellow, red. I don't want any more really colorful colors though and I want low tops that can go with basically anything (that's the main reason I don't want bright colors cause they don't go with a lot of clothes)
